Cancellations made 7 days or more before the check-in or travel date: 50% refund of the advance amount.

Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in or travel date: No refund of the advance payment.

Cancellation by Stay Hills

If Stay Hills is unable to provide the booked accommodation or travel service due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued, or the guest may choose to reschedule at no additional cost.

No-Show Policy

• If a guest fails to check-in on the scheduled date without prior notice, no refund will be processed.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
