Booking & Payment

• Your booking is confirmed only after receiving the required advance amount.
• The remaining balance must be paid before check-in or before the start of the trip, as applicable.
• All payments are non-transferable once the booking is confirmed.

Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate personal details and travel information during the booking process.

Ensure timely arrival at the designated hotel, homestay, or pickup location.

Obtain necessary permits or entry passes for sightseeing locations where required.

Stay Hills Responsibilities

• Ensure comfortable accommodation and services as per the agreed package.
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality of customer information.

Usage Rights

• Stay Hills may use non-personal travel images or tour experiences for marketing unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
• Clients are free to use their trip photos/videos for personal or business use but cannot resell or misrepresent Stay Hills branding.

Limitation of Liability

• Stay Hills is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by weather conditions, government restrictions, natural calamities, or other factors beyond our control.

Changes to Terms

• Stay Hills may update these Terms & Conditions anytime. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
